back again / 3/31/08
I hate Mondays.
There is never anything nice on tv.
I had the cramps today. A MC was taken to excuse myself from sitting for hours in a chair with cramps. Paracetamol is the only thing that stops the pain. Without it, I'd probably be curled like a prawn on bed.
March has been an ok ok month. Now that it is ending, I'm starting off with the birthday plans already. I'm thinking of a chalet. Celebrating birthdays in clubs are boring.
I'II start to get back to reality and then type it down in this blog of mine.

Indulgence. / 3/22/08
I must apologise for the lack of entries the past two weeks. Much time was spent on facebooking and since reading time is scarce, I spend the rest of my free time indulging in Paulo Coelho's books. Ah what a pleasure. Veena was the one who introduced me his books and now I am addicted.
So until I'm done with this new indulgence of mine, you wouldn't be seeing much updates here.

Thanks To Nuffagang... / 3/9/08
The weekend ended way too fast for me. I made a note on my organiser reminding myself that it's been eons since I ended my weekend with such a feeling. It's a good one. Trust me.
Saturday was what I call a typical laid back one which I enjoyed every bit of it. I headed down to Novena and after which made a hearty confession. Enjoyed the solace and tranquility of the church and reminded myself that I needed more of these "time to myself" sessions.
What came after the Novena session was amazing.
The company was awesome. The food was delectable. I enjoyed the escargots, cheesy sausage and my partner's German hamburger was what we call "yummiliuos". The bar cum restaurant had a very country like feel to it. And the awkwardness between us died off once the food was served.
We caught August Rush. I liked the movie but the ending was rather pale. The slip shot ending and the heart breaking storyline naturally dampened the mood. It wasn't a bad thing after all. We took a long walk and continued on with the conversations. I begged for the continuation of the story whenever a new one was brought up without the ending of the former. I shared all I could and I enjoyed every bit of that moment.
I boarded the bus as a happy person for I knew I never had made a mistake in deciding to spend my Saturday without being intoxicated. Our conversations made my day.
Thanks Sutha.
*Can't wait for our Ben & Jerrys Outing*
Ahem! It wasn't a date with a hot guy darlings....But nevertheless, I enjoyed it.
Sunday was filled with the mudane house cleaning chores pilled onto me by Mummy dearest. Puppy joined me for mass and we caught Leap Years after that. As usual he found it draggy. But I as usual love romantic flicks.
*I shall leave you with a copy of an email I received from Nuffgang today*
Thanks Guys...!marketing@nuffnang.com.sg

Landings International / 3/5/08
So here I am again. Knowing I'm late for work, I'm still enjoying my cup of hot milo and blogging.
Not much has happened ever since my last entry. Chilling in Chijmes with my darlings seem to be of interest to me. But not many are happy about it.
It makes me realise how we are all changing.
We are growing up. I was going through the pictures of me and Puppy and I realised how both of us have changed in terms of appearance and character of course. We are no more the 19 year old couple looking for a good party and company. Now, life is somewhat settled in terms of the activities we do and the people we hang out with. I personally have no qualms about that but I always initiate to do something different.
Shouldn't we all be doing something different from time to time in our busy, hectic schedules.
Anyways, church was interesting. I've finally decided on how I shall be playing a part in the ministry. Tony has chosen me to help him with the Landings International programme. This programme is to help relapse Catholics and confused ones to come back and join this community. We are a support group unlike RCIA. This programme will be the first of it's kind in the parish and in Singapore. I'II be helping him out in the youth ministry which comprises of only me. Big challenges await and I'm not forcing anyone into this. It takes alot of passion and calling to be wanting to play a part in such a ministry. After years of prayers, I've finally found the real group that I would love to belong to. Charmane said she was interested as well. It would be nice to have her around. We could continue our tea sessions as well. She is such a sweetie.
My cup of Milo is finished and I better get going as well.
=]
toodles.
