Isn’t there some days you wake up and feel so depressed for no apparent reason? I think I am having one of those days. I have been consciously avoiding the study time table I made and now I am panicking. A person like me who holds a job and gives tuition, must follow a time table or else everything including shopping will be a last minute affair. I have been blogging for 2 years now and during this time, I have realised that every blogger has what I call an “Individual blogging Characteristic.” Let me explain further…
Have you visited blogs that are conscientiously updated daily letting the reader know about the person’s ever so boring lifestyle? (
Most of the time, they are females.) The blogger, if attached, will mostly likely address her bf as hubby and go on about what hubby said, did, wants or feels. *rolls eyes* Ok don’t get me wrong here. I blog too…( Like duh!) And I’m attached too….(everyone seems to know that) but! It’s ok if you want to write out your thoughts or the problems you are facing in your relationship but Hello….! Not every single day!!!! Entertain your readers man. Sooner or later, the tagger who claim to love you and type all those encouraging words, are all going to disappear.
The 2nd group of bloggers are those that I personally relate too. These are people who view blogs sneakily and refuse to leave a message or a comment for the blogger. (How to leave a message if all the writer says is about his or her boring lifestyle? Err. Understandable) but what about those that come and view and take all the information that is wanted and never remember to say thank you or at least leave a comment? I’ve had many readers that never leave comments and worst still I know of a few that got links from me either for shopping, or the quizzes I did or even the blogskins. But they never bothered to say THANK U!
Oh how can we forget the next group pf people…? Those that refuse to visit other blogs because they have a whole drama series going on in their tagboard. Tagboards are for you to leave message. Halascan comments function, which can be found at the end of every entry, is for you to leave your thoughts about the entry. (Should one of each is not present in the blog, then it’s excusable.) Some readers would end up leaving all their feelings in the tagboard and even before the blogger gets to view the comment, it probably won’t be there anymore.
Apart from the fact that some blogs can make us yawn and some readers are really rude, we bloggers are sentimental creatures. Blogging lets us to reflect and sometimes receive constructive comments or solutions. Some of us do it a little too excessively that it can get on others nerves and some can make us cry or laugh. I truly envy those who can entertain me. (Read these blogs to know what I mean…

The thought of going home right after school is depressing and so I proposed to Mariam to head to town for jalan jalan. The guys volunteered themselves and so we headed down to town all at once. What was supposed to be a jalan jalan and a "Look for a white pair of shorts for Edward's gf," turned out to be a whole group of childish under graduates hogging the mirror of a lucky aunty's shop that sells accessories in Far East. After wat seemed like eternity but was an hour, all of us bought ourselves a pair of spectacles each and decided to to enter lecture the next day looking as nerdy as possible. Lol!
The Reaction:
Most in class noticed us all wearing thick framed spectacles with bright coloured Tees and it was so difficult to control our laughter. Some asked us if it was coincidence and the rest were like, "you guys very nothing to do leh...!" Oh well....it was fun trying to attract attention for no apparent reason and we definitely didn't fail.
Oh well, the crazy things that can we do amidst all the stress. I'm loving school, I'm loving the people around me and I'm wanting more of everyone of them.
I envy myself...

Chinese New Year's At Annie's / 2/24/07
I woke up late for work and when for breakfast with Mummy and followed her for grocery shopping at
Chong Pang market. Being the most friendliest person my Mum is, we had to stop way too many times to say "Hello" to aunties and every other uncles my Mum knew.
Anyways, Annie's place yesterday was really fun. There was loads of gambling, drinking and gossiping. I really did enjoy myself and the guys wanna go clubbing soon...Yeah!!! It's been so long since I clubbed Man....

It's been a really long day for me. Started of my day really early trying to find my way around Raffles place so that I could collect the
darmed cashiers orders to pay my school fees. After about 1/2 an hour of searching frantically, some really cute old man in his 50s showed me the correct directions. He was so excited that I had asked him for direction....(I'm presuming here) that he kept hopping and saying,
"Don't worry Sayang, I'm going there as well, I'II show you la..." Haha! I controlled my laughter and walked along not saying much and muttering to his stupid questions. He brought me there anyways.
School ended at 5pm and Lynn Darling met me in school to help me with Statistics. While trying to get Probability right, I kept bugging her about why we should study statistics. She aced Statistics back in school but after so many years of working, she has never used it.
Pffft! Why make us study something that is not
relevant to the working work??? Even if you are going to do degree in nursing, you will have to do statistics.
WTH!!
After an hour of studying, I rushed off for tuition at 8pm and had tuition for an hour and half....I didn't forget to mention about lunch...cause I really
didn't have lunch.
Darm stressful la...I've been invited to Annie's house for Chinese New Year dinner....
I've been told there would be
a lot of gambling and drinking. Yeah! And all the ones from our group will hopefully turn up. A pretty good way to end the week.....I can't wait...
Now Now....Have to go decide what I'm going to wear tomorrow.

The cousins had a Chinese New year lunch and Mothership and I were very late. We lived up to our mama culture and arrived at the mama timing. Lol!! Loads of merry making, wine drinking, cam whoring, juicy gossips exchanging and loads of Luuuuurve was in the air. I've got tuition at 10am tomorrow and I know I'm going to be late. It's way past midnight now. =p

Happy Chinese New Year and Happy holidays to all out there. I came home yesterday after the chalet and slept the whole day because my body was aching all over. I woke up with a bad throat and drank
at least 3 cups of water. Drinking too much of alcohol makes one dehydrated.
To summarise the events of a chalet, I would say it was a
roller coaster of a ride. We had loads of fun and as how most Indians get very expressive once alcohol gets into their blood stream and a drama is inevitable, ours was no exception.

I'm beginning to think that I am only worth the first few months.
After that, I'm just there.
Meanwhile, I'm still relishing like it was the first and wondering why the outgoing isn't being replaced with any incoming anymore. It's not needed. Definately not. It just makes me feel worth it, and refuels so I keep going as strong as I started. Stumble It!

Yipppeee! It's been a fruitful Sunday...
- Dust my room and did my laundry very dutifully in the morning.
- Digested Econs after lunch and I'm half way there...
- Continued with my ritual of drowning my hair with coconut oil and soaked my scalp for about an hour.
I know the feeling of smelly thick liquid on your head isn't pleasant....BUT the after effects are superb! I love Sundays cause it's the only day my hair is soft and shiny......=)
The Boyfriend, Puppy Boi, brought me for a pre-Vday dinner on Sat. I met him in the Esplanade after work and we walked around to find a nice restaurant to dine.....We found a Chinese seafood restaurant but the name of the shop made us change our mind. It's called the "No Signboard Restaurant." Lol!!! We walked down to Boat Quay and decided on the "Restaurant by the Pier", Chinese restaurant. The food was good! Yummy.........We had venison, tou fu and fried rice as well as noodles..... The view was marvelous as well and the restaurant owners probably know that too well........A tiny plate of fried nice was $9 and tou fu itself was at $20.....Goodness......Really pricey place la....
Puppy ended up paying $70!....
*Gals, make sure you do your homework before walking into any restaurant. Pricey does not mean quality eh....
